In 'I Sea' I navigate between figurative and abstract language, creating mobile sculptures and wall pieces, that often have a pictorial influence.
I am inspired by the Mediterranean surroundings of Formentera, a Balearic island, and its unique colours and lights.
The art pieces are made with the materials of the territory: woods, glass, plastics, and other elements found along the coasts and waters, and matching them with silver fragments, precious stones, or acrylic painting.
The curiosity towards the void as part of the composition, lightness, and the oscillating movement of the marine depths, remain contained in the pieces.
